“Barn blind” is a Southern term for
loving something so much you are blind to its faults. Cassandra
Hobbic, general manager of Proof on Main in Louisville KY, created this drink because
she loves bourbon and Benedictine. She says bourbon and apples are a
natural combination and the Benedictine lends a spicy, citrus layer.
