This gorgeous Blue Cocktail is featured at the Shore Restaurant and Bar in Delray Beach, Florida. Shore is the creation of renowned South Florida restaurateur David Manero. It has three bars, with a patio bar extending to the oceanfront. All three bars offer premium pours with many island concoctions.

Blue Cocktail

3 oz Bacardi rum
1 oz Blue Curacau
2 tbl Spearmint infused simple syrup
2 tbl Fresh lime juice
Blend over ½ cup ice
Serve with fresh spearmint and orange slice
