This scrumptious martini features Van Gogh Espresso Vodka. It was created by mixologist Scott McDonald, bar manager of Fish Restaurant in Springfield, MO. The 27-year-old McDonald created the drinks list at the new restaurant.

“This drink was inspired by the quality of the vodka. It’s the only coffee-flavored vodka on the market. Just the smell of it will sell you on the flavor. I wanted to make something that was sophisticated yet tasty at the same time. The Butterfinger and chocolate rim complete the drink that finally led to its name,” he says.


 

 
 

Candy Mocha Martini

1oz. Van Gogh Espresso Vodka
½ oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
½ oz. White Crème De Cacao
3oz. Cream 

Top with a chocolate and crumbled Butterfinger rim.
