This scrumptious martini features Van Gogh Espresso Vodka. It was created by mixologist Scott McDonald, bar manager of Fish Restaurant in Springfield, MO. The 27-year-old McDonald created the drinks list at the new restaurant. “This drink was inspired by the quality of the vodka. It’s the only coffee-flavored vodka on the market. Just the smell of it will sell you on the flavor. I wanted to make something that was sophisticated yet tasty at the same time. The Butterfinger and chocolate rim complete the drink that finally led to its name,” he says. |
