Mixologist Bo Chambers is constantly perfecting his craft. During more than 15 years of hospitality experience, he has worked in popular restaurants such as Aqua Blue and Hal’s on Old Ivy in Atlanta and Two Eleven Park Wine & Bistro in Hilton Head, SC. He specializes in delighting bar guests with new and original ideas.

Chambers created the Cosmosaic as the signature drink for Atlanta’s Mosaic restaurant. He used the traditional Cosmopolitan as inspiration, but gave it a smoother taste and added an orange twist to blend with the warm colors of the restaurant. He uses Mandarin Vodka instead of regular vodka. Fresh orange adds the pulp and oil from the skin and the orange twist replaces lemon.

The Cosmosaic

Double splash of lime juice
Double splash of cranberry juice
