This dramatic cocktail was created by mixologist Hannes Stockl of Jimmy’s a cocktail bar—party central in the Austrian village of Kitzbuhel, site of the notoriously difficult Hahnenkamm Ski Race. This drink is a favorite at after-race parties.

Jimmy’s Flaming Cocktail

2cl Baileys Irish Cream
2cl Kaluha
A dash Coruba Rum

Mix the ingredients in this order and pour it into a sweet wine glass. Put the rum on fire and serve. It's supposed to be drunk with a straw.
