These two dreamy tropical cocktails were created by mixologist Collin Thompson for the Hilton Tobago Golf & Spa Resort.

Carnival

 

1 oz Coconut cream
1 oz Pineapple juice
2oz Black Label rum
1 oz Cream
1 oz Cachaca

Blend with crushed ice

 

Surf’s Up

 

2oz Banana Oasis
2oz Passion Fruit Oasis
1 oz Peach liqueur
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz cachaca

Blend with crushed ice
