Scotch has long had the reputation of being a man’s drink, served neat alongside a premium cigar. But this cool whiskey cocktail will appeal to women and men. It was created by Ian Richmond, Rossdhu House Bar Manager at Scotland’s exclusive members-only Loch Lomond Golf Club. Richmond often serves this cocktail to thirsty patrons during the Scottish Open, held at the Club each July.
