Royal M’intime

This fresh, green cocktail has a touch of sweetness under a general impression of dryness. It was created by Jacob Helwig Nielsen, bartender at Cafe Intime, Copenhagen.

1 cL (centiliter) peppermint liqueur
2 cL Rose's Lime
3 - 4 cL dark rum
6 cL pineapple juice

Shake well. Pour into a cooled cocktail glass. Top it sparsely with champagne and finish off with a few drops of Grenadine.

Tip from Jacob: After shaking, enjoy the first four ingredients as a shot!
