Margaritas!
Seven luscious fruit variations on a favorite.


 

 


Strawberry Margarita

1 ½ oz. Cuervo Especial Gold (25 oz. per bottle)
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
1 handful fresh or frozen strawberries
4 oz. crushed ice

Rub rim of a margarita glass with half a lime. Add Cuervo Especial Gold, margarita mix, fresh or frozen strawberries, and ice. Mix in blender until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a strawberry.

 

Frozen Mango Margarita

1 ½ oz Jose Cuervo Especial Gold
3 oz Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
1 cup peeled, diced ripe Watermelon
½ cup crushed ice (or more)
Lime wedge

Rub the rim of a margarita glass with a lime. Mix all ingredients (except lime wedge) in blender until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a fresh lime wedge (optional).

 

Cranberry Margarita

1 ¼ ounces Jose Cuervo Tradicional
1 ounce cranberry juice cocktail
¼ cup whole cranberry sauce
¼ ounces Stirrings Triple Sec
Ice
Whole fresh cranberries for garnish
Lime wheel for garnish

Combine all ingredients, except garnish, shake well. Pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with cranberries skewered with a toothpick and a lime wheel.

 

Watermelon and Apple Margarita

2 oz Herradura Silver tequila
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave nectar
1 oz watermelon juice
1 oz pressed apple juice
1 apple fan

Place all liquid ingredients in a Boston glass or a shaker. Shake hard and strain in to an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with an apple fan.

 

901 and Nectar

1 ½ oz 901 Silver Tequila
1 oz honey blossom syrup
½ oz fresh orange juice
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Combier

Dip the rim in honey and then in salt. Pour all the ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake and pour into margarita glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Honey Syrup Process:
6 oz of Honey blossom
2 oz of hot water

Stir and make sure that the cocktail is well integrated and then let it cool and use.

 

Blood Orange Margarita

1.5 oz Avion Anejo
3/4 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1 oz blood orange juice
1/2 oz fresh sour mix

In a cocktail shaker build over ice. Shake and strain. Best served over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

 

Pitcher of Guava Margaritas

2 1/2 cups Avion Reposado
1 1/2 cups Triple Sec
1 1/2 cups guava nectar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
Shredded coconut, for garnish (optional)

Combine Avión Reposado tequila, Triple Sec, guava nectar, orange juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and reserve in the refrigerator until ready to use. To serve, fill the glass with ice, add the margarita mixture, and garnish with toasted shredded coconut if desired
