A Lovely Pear

4 parts Absolut Pears
½ part apple juice
1 part white grape juice
1 ½ part peach puree
1 part lime juice
(Serves two)

Combine all ingredients, shake and strain into 2 martini glasses.Garnish with a Pear slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Smitten Pears

2 ½ parts Absolut Pears
½  part diced plum
¾  parts honey syrup
½  part fresh lemon juice
3 slices of fresh ginger

Muddle the plum and ginger together. Add Absolut Pears, honey syrup, a squeeze of lemon and ice. Shake and strain into martini glass.
