Pomegranate Mojito

The new Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar located at Pointe Orlando, a retail development in Orlando, FL, has created this bright fruit Mojito.

Pomegranate Mojito

¾ oz      Cuba Libre White Rum
¾ oz      Cuba Libre Spiced Rum
2 ½ oz   Gurapo
1 ¼        Lime Juice
6 each    Hierba Buena
¾ oz       Pomegranate Juice
1 splash  Soda

In a mixing tin using a jigger, add Cuba Libre White Rum, Cuba Libre Spiced Rum, guarapo, lime juice, and pomegranate juice. Tear Hierba Buena and add to mixing tin. Fill tin with ice. Shake well 6 times. Pour into glass and top with a splash of Club soda. Garnish with lime wedge.
