Smoking Martini
The Smoking Martini from Sea Grill in Tacoma, WA, was
created by Thomas Johnson, Assistant General Manager. Here’s
how he got the idea: “When I was a child my neighbors had a
pomegranate tree in their yard. In the summer we would
always pick the pomegranates and have seed wars, spitting
the seeds at each other. The summer reminded me of this
fruit of my youth so we came up with a smoking martini that
is made with pomegranate syrup. The pomegranate juice is
nicely balanced with Absolute Citron.”
1.5 oz Absolut Citron
.75 oz Cointreau
.5 oz White cranberry juice
.5 oz Pomegranate syrup
Muddled with two limes
Add dry ice to garnish

Rosy Pom
The Rosy Pom was crated for
the Erotic Café inside the ZUMANITY Theatre at New York-New
York in Las Vegas. Zumanity is a provocative cabaret-style
production with a Cirque du Soleil twist. This playful
cocktail, made with SEX Vodka and rose nectar, is the
perfect drink to get you in the mood for a sexy show.
1.5oz Sex Vodka
.5oz Sence Rose Nectar
.5oz Cointreau
1oz Cranberry Juice
Splash of 100% POM. Combine ingredients with
ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rose pedal.

PG’s Pomegranatini
PG's Pomegranatini was created bartender, Sam Lastinger of
Pattigeorge’s Restaurant, Long Boat Key, FL, in 2004 after
pomegranate juice first became widely available. This
martini is the restaurant’s most-ordered cocktail.
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Pama Liquor
2 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Splash fresh lime
Garnish with orange slice |
