Four Sophisticated Cocktails


 
 
 


Caribou Martini from Caribou Iced Coffee

1 oz. White Chocolate Liquor
1 oz. Absolut Peach
1 oz. Absolut Vanilla
1 oz. Vanilla Caribou Iced Coffee
½ oz Chambord

Shake and serve in a martini glass 

 

 

 

 

G'Vine Orchid
Developed by mixologist, Junior Merino

Serves 2

3 ounces pink grapefruit juice
1 ounce of elderflower syrup
3 ounces G'Vine

Put ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and serve in a high ball glass. Before pouring the drink into the highball, add 3 ounces of Champagne so that it mixes with the rest of the ingredients. If available, garnish with an orchid.

Dry Lavender Martini

Ice cubes
1 oz. vanilla vodka
4 oz. Lavender Dry Soda
lavender sprig garnish

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the vanilla vodka, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Add Dry soda, stir and garnish.

 

 

 

Pina Martini

1 part Cruzan Coconut Rum
1 part Cruzan Pineapple Rum
Pineapple juice

Combine the coconut and pineapple liquors in a mixing glass with ice and add a splash of pineapple juice.  Stir and strain into a martini glass.
