Four New St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails


 

 
 


Kiwi Crush

2 oz. Blue Ice Organic Wheat Vodka
1/2 organic kiwi, peeled
1/2 organic lime, cut into quarters
1 teaspoon organic sugar

Muddle fruit and sugar in a mixing glass until well crushed and juicy. Add ice and vodka and shake vigorously. Pour all contents into bucket glass and drink with straws.

The Incredible Hulk

2 oz. Hennessy Black Cognac
2 oz. Hpnotiq
Layer over ice, stir and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

Bombay Sapphire Ginger Mint

1 part Bombay Sapphire Gin
2 parts Ginger Ale
5 leaves of fresh mint

Muddle mint in bottom of a Collins glass. Fill the glass with ice, pour in Bombay Sapphire and top off with Ginger Ale. Stir slightly. Serve in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint.

 

Green Acres Punch

2 oz. Flor de Cana 4-year old
1 oz. Flor de Cana 18-year old
0.75 oz. rich Demerara simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
6 oz. Hot strong green tea
1 mint sprig

All of the ingredients should be combined and left in a container overnight
Strain the next day
Refrigerate and drink at leisure. Pour the punch into a glass and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig

*To make Demerara syrup, boil 2 parts a sugar to 1 part water. Stir until dissolved.
