Caribbean Rum Goes Irish for St. Patrick’s Day

These two pub drinks for St. Patrick’s Day feature Brinley Gold, a premium flavored rum produced on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. Flavors include Coconut, Coffee, Vanilla, and Mango Rums. Just 5 years old Brinley Gold is a four-time gold medal winner at the International Rum Festival.

Brinley Irish Caribbean Coffee

5 oz. hot coffee
2 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. Brinley Gold Coffee Rum
1 oz Irish whiskey

This drink is poured at Lion Man Bar in St. Kitts, overlooking the neighboring island of Nevis.

8 oz pint of Guinness.
3 oz. shot of Brinley Gold Vanilla Rum.
