4 oz Korbel California Brut Champagne
1 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur

Serve with green sugar-rimmed champagne flute. To make sugar rim add two drops of green food coloring to ½ cup of sugar and mix well. Rub glass rim with lime and dip in your green sugar mixture.

St. Pat's Magic

This is a fun drink that turns from yellow to green, and the sugar cube adds fizz.

Set up: In a shot glass, add one sugar cube and just barely cover cube with blue curacao.

In a champagne flute mix:
4 oz Korbel California Champagne
Splash of Orange Juice.

Just prior to drinking, add the sugar cube shot to the champagne mixture above. The drink will turn from yellow to greenish blue.
