These St. Patrick’s Day cocktails were created by Wilde Rover Irish Pub & Restaurant, an Irish pub in Kirkland, Wash. Both are made in a 9-ounce glass.

 

Samhain

Named for the Irish Fire Festivals, this twist on an Irish classic will warm you up.
3/4 oz Jameson
3/4 oz Celtic Crossing
1 dollop honey
Hot water to fill glass

Garnish with a clove-spiked lemon wheel

 

 

 

 

 

Peppermint Paddy

A wee bit of cayenne pepper adds heat to this winter warmer.
1/2 oz Stoli Vanilla
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Rumplminz
2 tsp hot chocolate
Hot water to fill glass
Fresh chocolate triangle
