6 oz coffee
2 oz whipped cream

1 part Carolans Irish Cream
1 part Irish Mist

Shake with ice and serve as a shooter or on the rocks.

Irish Mudslide

1 part Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

Shake and serve as shooter or on the rocks.

Irish Ale

1 part Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
3 parts Ginger Ale.

Serve on the rocks in a tall glass.

Irish Manhattan

1 part Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
Dash of Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
Dash of bitters
