Valentine’s Day: Ten Romanic Cocktails


 
 
 


Dos Amores

Dos Lunas Tequila add fireworks to the traditional glass of champagne A splash of color enhances the moment for 'los dos amores' (the two loves).

2 ounces Dos Lunas Silver Tequila
2 ounces Orange Flavored Liqueur
2 ounces Pomegranate Juice
Chilled Champagne

Place Dos Lunas Silver Tequila, orange flavored liqueur and pomegranate juice into a large cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain evenly between two champagne flutes. Top with chilled champagne. Stir gently.

 

Ah-SIGH-ee You Checking Me Out

2 ounces VeeV Acaí Spirit
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
3 dashes of grenadine
Top with champagne
Rose petal, for garnish

Shake all ingredients well and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Top with champagne and garnish with the rose petal.
 

Rainforest Romp

2 ounces VeeV Açaí Spirit
Ginger ale
Splash of pomegranate juice
Rose petal, for garnish

Build in an ice-filled rocks glass and stir well. Garnish with the rose petal.

The Lucid Garden

1.5 oz Lucid Absinthe
0.5oz simple syrup
Club soda
Cucumber wheels
Kiwi fruit
cucumber

Muddle two cucumber wheels & two peeled kiwi wheels with the simple syrup in a double rocks glass. Fill with ice an add the Lucid absinthe. Top with club soda.

One Good Pinch Punch

2 oz  Flor de Cana 7 year-aged rum
1 seedless Watermelon
One good pinch of Cayenne pepper
4 Sugar cubes
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Club soda

Method: Dissolve the sugar cubes in 1 oz. of club soda. Add and muddle several 1-inch pieces of watermelon. Finally, add the rest of the ingredients one at a time and stir as added. Chill.

Sobieski Red Velvet

1 ½ oz Sobieski Vanilia Vodka
½ oz Blackberry puree
½ oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
3 slices of muddled ginger
Crushed biscotti garnish

 

 

Midnight Kiss

1 ½ parts 42BELOW Kiwi Flavored Vodka
1 part Cointreau
Splash cranberry
Splash pineapple
1 lime wedge to garnish

Combine 42BELOW Kiwi Flavored Vodka, liqueur and juices in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into a chilled Martini glass and squeeze in a wedge of lime.

 

Solerno Blood Orange Bellini

1 oz Solerno Liqueur
3 oz Blood orange puree
3 oz Prosecco

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass in order above.
Add ice, stir and strain into a flute.
No garnish

 

Stoli Angel Elixir

1 oz Stoli Gala Applik
3 strawberries
Sprinkles of vanilla sugar
Rose Sparkling Dessert Wine

Muddle strawberries and vanilla sugar. Add Stoli Gala Applik, shake well and strain into a flute. Top with rose sparking dessert wine. Garnish with edible gold dust & pink aphrodisiac rose petal (optional)

 

Mixed Berry Bellini

3/4 Part Stoli Razberi
3/4 Part Stoli Blueberi
1 Part blackberry puree (or 4 berries muddled, either raspberry or blackberry)
2 Parts sparkling wine

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill with ice, stir well. Strain up into a champagne flute. Garnish with a single raspberry
