Valentine’s Day Say it with Flowers


 

 


Coming Up Roses

1 oz raspberry-flavored rum
¼ oz rose syrup
¼ lime
2 rose petals
1 oz Brut Champagne

Muddle lime, rose petals with rose syrup and rose water in a mixing glass. Add rum and shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over ice and top off with champagne.

 

Kuawa Martini

1 ½ oz guava pineapple juice
1 oz gin
½ oz elderflower liqueur
Juice of ¼ lemon

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an edible orchid flower.

2 oz SKYY Vodka
1 oz Hiram-Walker Triple Sec
1 ½ oz cranberry juice
Squeeze of one lime wedge
½ oz Chandon Rose Brut
