This deliciously red Valentine's Day cocktail was created for Ristorante Tuscany and Meritage Steakhouse at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. It will be available at the restaurant from Feb. 14 to 16, but you can surprise your beloved with one any time you want to.

Cupid’s Hot Pop

2 ounces  Vodka
1 ounce       Cinnamon schnapps
1 ounce       Strawberry puree
1 package   Cotton candy flavored Pop Rocks
Splash of simple syrup

Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Rim martini glass with Cotton Candy Pop Rocks. Strain and pour into martini glass.
