Valentine’s Day with a Kick Red Hot Tart


 

 
 


These cocktails feature Domaine de Canton, super premium ginger liqueur, and Cabana Cachaca, the Brazilian rum.

Max’s Lover Martini
Created exclusively by Max Brenner

1 oz Smirnoff vodka
1 oz Domaine de Canton
3 oz White chocolate truffle

 

 

 

 

 

 

Red Hot Tart
Created by Pichet Ong

2 oz Cabana Cachaca
1 oz Domaine de Canton
4 cranberries
2 tablespoon hot red pepper jam
2 oz blood orange juice
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon egg white
Blood orange zest

Muddle cranberries with jam and blood orange juice. Add egg white, alcohol, 1 cup of ice, and shake all ingredients vigorously. Strain into a pre-chilled glass. Top with freshly grate blood orange zest.
