A Valentine’s Story That Won’t Break Your Heart

It is sort of storybook fairytale, even though it is not really a love story.

Mark Andrus and Stacy Madison both had a passion for good food and healthy living, so they left their careers and bought a food cart. They began making all natural pita roll-up sandwiches and at the end of each day, they seasoned and baked the baked the pita bread into homemade, delicious chips.

Before they knew it, Stacy’s Pita Chip Company was born.

At first it was just the pita chips. But this delicious-thinking duo also created Soy Thin Crisps and Bagel Chips. With all of them, you can feel great knowing that you’re eating all natural, baked snacks.

My favorite flavor is the multi-grain pita chip. It is perfect for when one grain just isn’t enough! This hearty all natural chip is made with stone ground whole wheat flour, rolled oats, and sesame seeds you can see and taste. And They have 0 grams trans fat and 0 grams cholesterol. There are also other flavors: Simply Naked, Parmesan Garlic & Herb, Pesto and Sundried Tomato, Texarkana Hot and Cinnamon Sugar.

The Baked Soy Crisps come in Sweet BBQ, White Cheddar and Buttery Caramel.

The Baked Bagel Chips Flavors are Simply Naked, Everything, Toasted Garlic and Whole Wheat.

She discovered these delicious chips while researching an article for www.cocktailatlas.com but decided they were so good, you didn’t even need a cocktail to enjoy them.
