Wine-based Cocktails For A Romantic Dinner


 

 
 


Valentine's Day Sparkler

2 oz Yellow Tail Sparkling Rose
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Cranberry Juice
Orange Bitters
Sugar Cube

Garnish Rock Candy Stir Stick

Soak Sugar Cube in Orange Bitters and place in bottom of flute. Add Elderflower and Cranberry and gently top with Yellow Tail Rose.

 

Fireside Cosmo

1 ½ oz Yellow Tail Shiraz
1 oz Blueberry Vodka
½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Açai syrup
½ a Lime Pressed

Garnish with a Lime Wheel

In a mixing glass add all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a Martini Glass.
