Snowflake Chocolat

4 oz whole milk
1 oz Callebaut Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 oz Kahula Limited Edition Peppermint Mocha Liquor
3 Homemade peppermint marshmallows
1 Candy cane
Steam milk and
chocolate chips in a frothing pitcher until smooth and creamy. Place
marshmallows into Irish Coffee glass. Pour Kahula over marshmallows
and fill with hot chocolate. Garnish with candy cane.

2 1/2 Cups whole
milk 3/4 Cups Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips 1 chipotle
pepper Orange zest Cinnamon (stick and grated) Pinch salt
1/2 Cup El Tesoro Anejo
Combine milk, chocolate, pepper,
orange zest, cinnamon stick and salt in a pot and warm over low
heat, stirring occasionally. Heat until all chocolate has dissolved
and is slightly higher than desired temperature. Do not bring to a
boil. Remove from heat and add El Tesoro Anejo. Discard cinnamon
stick, orange zest, and chipotle pepper. Serve in a mug with an
orange zest garnish and topped with fresh grated cinnamon.
