Naughty and Nice

For partiers watching their calorie and fat intakes, classic Holiday drinks can be very naughty indeed. For instance:

Eggnog: 343 calories (one cup)

Irish Coffee: 218 calories (one cup)

Spiced Apple Cider: 130 calories (one cup)

Using Hint of Mint peppermint-flavored water, with no carbs, calories, sugar or sodium, can make cocktails a little nicer, though.

2 oz. of 3Vodka (carb-free vodka)
4 oz. Peppermint Hint of Mint
Ice
3 whole mint leaves
Lime wedge
