Rum Cocktails

These cocktails featuring Cruzan Rum will warm up any seasonal celebration.

Pineapple and Nutmeg Punch

1½ oz Cruzan Dark
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz pineapple juice
Sprinkle of ground nutmeg.

Shake ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a hi-ball. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cruzan Cherry Orchard

1 oz Cruzan Light Rum
1 oz Cruzan Black Cherry
1 oz apple juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with an apple slice.

Ginger Honey Rummy

2 oz Cruzan Single Barrel
1 oz honey syrup
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
3 slices fresh ginger

In a shaker muddle ginger with honey syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a Rocks Glass and garnish with a lemon slice and a crystallized ginger (optional).

Tall Blonde Daiquiri

 1 ¾ oz Cruzan 2yr old
¼ oz Cruzan Pineapple
1 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz fresh lime
½ oz simple syrup

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass

Apple Crumble

2 oz Cruzan Single Barrel
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
2 oz fresh apple juice
Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a high-ball glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice.
