“I’m starting to get calls for the classic cocktails,” says Eric
Smith, mixologist at BOA Steakhouse, located in the Forum Shops at
Ceasers in Las Vegas. Trained in BOA’s Cocktail Program and
influenced by renowned mixologists Tony Abou-Ganim, Smith created
this cocktail a king would be proud to drink.

1 dash orange bitters
1 orange slice
Grand Marnier 150 year old
splash of cranberry juice
juice of half a lime
½ oz simple syrup
¾ oz. Dom Perignon Rose
