This mojito is the signature drink of Loew’s Moroccan Palace in
Lake Las Vegas.

Rissani Mojito

1 ¼ Oz. Cruzan Light Rum
¾ Oz. Rock Candy Syrup
4-6 Pieces fresh basil
2 Fresh strawberries sliced into quarters
Juice of one lime
Splash Of Soda

In a mixing glass muddle basil leaves, strawberries, and rock candy syrup. Do not crush the basil into pieces. Add lime juice, then crushed ice. into the mixing glass. Add rum and lightly shake to blend all ingredients.
