This signature cocktail was created for Tabú Ultra Lounge in Las Vegas. A popular cocktail at the club, it is the specialty of mixologists Matt Nichols and Steve Valverde.

 

TABÚ

1.5 oz. Tanqueray Ten
3 oz. fresh strawberry pureed
1 leveled bar spoon powdered sugar
Fresh raspberry garnish

Shake and strain into a martini glass.
