Three Low-cal Cocktails


 

 


Pom Springs
Created for Koi Restaurants

Total Calories: 145

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2 oz agave
2 oz soda water

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake then strain into martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

 

 

 

Bee Sting
Total Calories: 117

3 oz Brut Champagne
2 oz Sugar-Free Liquid Lightning
1 tbsp honey

Drizzle honey into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with Liquid Lightning and champagne.

 

Skinny Acai Lemonade
Total Calories: 105

1 1/2 oz VeeV Acai Spirit
2 oz Sugar-Free Liquid Lightning
2 lemon wedges (squeezed)
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
2 oz Club Soda
1 Lemon Wedge, Garnish

Squeeze lemon wedges into agave nectar and stir together with VeeV. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and add club soda and Liquid Lightning.
