2 lemon wedges

1 part pear nectar

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Add cubed ice and shake vigorously. Double strain and serve in a rocks glass. Sip now, file later.

Tax Bracketini

1 cucumber, plus cucumber slice for garnish
Dash Pernod
Dash orange bitters
¼ parts dry vermouth

In a cocktail shaker, combine cucumber, bitters and Pernod and muddle well. Add ice, vermouth and Le Citron Flavored Vodka. Shake well and double strain into martini glass. Garnish with cucumber slice and toast a new tax rate.

1 lemon wedge, plus 1 lemon twist for garnish
Sugar for rimming the glass
¼ part marschino liqueur
1 part pomegranate liqueur
