Tequila Cocktails

These cocktails feature 901 Silver Tequila, made from 100 percent Blue Weber Agave produced by Tequilera Newton, in Jalisco, Mexico.

901 and Nectar

1 ½ oz 901 Silver Tequila
1 oz Honey Blossom Syrup*
½ oz fresh orange juice
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Combier (Cointreau)

Dip the rim in honey and then in salt

Pour all the ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake and pour into margarita glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

* Honey Blossom Syrup
6 oz of Honey
2 oz of hot water

Stir and make sure that the cocktail is well integrated and then let it cool and use.

Pepino

1 ½ oz 901 Silver Tequila
1 slice of English cucumber ¼ of an inch thick
¼ oz agave nectar
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz fresh pineapple juice/pineapple puree
3 Italian basil leaves
½ oz Combier (Cointreau)

Muddle the cucumber then add the rest of the ingredients, ice, shake and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of ccumber and a sprig of basil.

The Millington

1 ¾ oz 901 Silver Tequila
1 oz kumquat marmalade (or orange marmalade)
½ oz Combier (Cointreau)
½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Rim the glass with salt

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
