Four Creamy Cocktails


 

 
 


Sexy Swan

1 ½ oz Coole Swan
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
½ oz Midori
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Sugar Syrup

Pour all of the ingredients, with the exception of Coole Swan, into
a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Add Coole Swan and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

Anejo Kiss

1 1/2 oz. Partida Anejo Tequila
1/2 oz Creme de Cacao (white)
1 oz. Amarula Cream

Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

 

 

Dolce Amaro

1 ½ oz. Averna Amaro
1 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. Espresso
Dash simple syrup

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously over ice. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass garnished with a lemon twist.

 

 

 

 

Strawberries and Cream

2 oz. Bulldog Gin
1 oz. Strawberry liqueur
1 oz. White crème de cocoa
½ oz. Half and half
Cocoa powder (to dust)

Combine all ingredients. Shake well over ice and strain into a martini glass. Dust with cocoa powder.
