The Classic Margarita
1 oz.
Jose Cuervo Especial Gold (25 oz. per bottle)
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
1 lime wedge
1 teaspoon(s) salt
Rub rim of a chilled margarita glass with
half a lime. Dip into salt to coat.
In a shaker with ice, add Cuervo Especial Gold
and Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix. Shake vigorously. Strain into
the margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
The High Roller
5 oz. crushed ice 1 oz.
Jose Cuervo Reserva de la
Familia (25 oz. per bottle) 0.5 oz. Grand Marnier (25 oz. per
bottle) 2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 1 teaspoon salt
(optional) 1 lime wedge
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Cuervo Reserva de
la Familia, Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire, and lime juice. Shake
well. Pour into a glass with ice.
Garnish with lime wedge. Salted rim optional.
The Classy One
1 ½ oz Jose Cuervo Platino
1 ½ oz fresh Stirrings Clarified Key Lime Juice
1 oz Stirrings Simple Syrup
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Serve chilled in a
martini glass straight up. Garnish with a lime wedge. Salted rim
optional.
901 Chili Flake Margarita

2 oz 901 Silver Tequila 2 oz chili syrup
(see recipe below) 2 oz fresh lime juice Cube ice Crushed
Ice
Put cube ice in a shaker. Add 2 oz 901 Silver
Tequila, 2 oz chili syrup and 2oz lime juice.
Cover and shake well. Strain into a martini
glass filled with crushed ice.
Repeat 3 times.
Chili Syrup (makes four servings):
3 cups water ½ cup sugar 2 tbsp crushed red pepper flake
