Martinis with a Twist

Patron XO Cafe Espresso Martini

1 part Patron Silver Tequila
1 part Patrón XO Cafe
1 part Espresso
Fine Sugar
Powdered Chocolate
Rim serving glass with sugar. Combine liquors with espresso in a mixing glass; add ice, shake, and strain. Garnish with powdered chocolate.

Pineapple and Cardamom Martini

50ml or l/2 oz Belvedere Vodka
3 Cardamom pods 10ml or 1/4 oz simple syrup
3 pieces of fresh pineapple
Dash pineapple juice

Muddle cardamom with simple syrup and fresh pineapple. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf.

Green Apple & Coriander Martini

50ml or 2oz  Belvedere Citrus (or Vodka
6 fresh coriander leaves
1 whole green apple
Dash lemon
10ml/ or ¼ oz simple syrup

Muddle green apple with syrup. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a coriander leaf.

Vogatini

2 oz VOGA Pinot Grigio
1 oz. Pomegranate Juice,
1 shot of vodka

Garnish with  fresh berries
