Three Cocktails Featuring Plymouth Gin

Cucumber Blossom

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
A small chunk of cucumber (skin removed)
½ oz elderflower cordial
1oz  fresh pressed apple juice
Champagne

Muddle the cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add Plymouth Gin, apple juice and elderflower. Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass. Top with chilled Champagne.

 

 

 

The Moonsail

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
¼ cup diced cucumber (skin removed)
Juice of ¼ fresh lemon
¼ oz. simple syrup (mix equal parts boiling water and sugar)
½ tsp. fresh ginger

In a cocktail shaker muddle diced cucumber, lemon juice, simple syrup and fresh ginger. Fill the shaker with ice and add Plymouth Gin. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber spear and pickled ginger.

 

Whisper of the Sea

2 oz Plymouth Gin
1 chunk of cucumber (skin removed)
1 oz sour mix

In a cocktail shaker muddle a chunk of cucumber. Fill the shaker with ice and add Plymouth Gin and sour mix. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass, garnish with fresh chopped chives.
