This cocktail, based on Sobieski Vodka, the premium Polish vodka recently introduced into the U.S. market, was created by mixologist Junior Merino of Rayuela restaurant in New York. It’s light, refreshing and easy to make for home entertaining during the holidays.
Sobieski Star
Put all the ingredients in a shaker, Shake and strain into a Martini Glass
