Home entertainment maven Martha Stewart created this perfect refresher to accompany fall dinners. The bold taste and warm hue of Campari is a great accent for autumn entertaining and a colorful addition to holiday cocktailing.

Campari Portofino Cocktail

1 tablespoon Campari
1/4 cup fresh red grapefruit juice
6 tablespoons tonic
1 red grapefruit slice for garnish

Fill a tumbler with ice. Shake the Campari, grapefruit juice, and tonic in a cocktail shaker. Pour into the tumbler and garnish with grapefruit slice.
