Three Cherry Blossom Cocktails |

Cherry Blossom (Sakura) In Japan, the cherry blossom tradition goes back hundreds of years and involves sitting under "sakura" trees and taking in the pink flowers, which drop off about a week after they appear.
Stir sake, umeshu, and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
