Refreshing Citrus Cocktails


 

 
 


The Perfect Combier Margarita

0.75 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Combier Liqueur d’Orange
1.5 oz Dulce Vida Tequila

Shake with ice; strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

 

 

D’Orange Blue

1 bottle of Blue Moon or any other wheat beer
1 shot of Combier Liqueur d’Orange.

There are two ways to serve:

  1. Pour Combier into Blue Moon or any other wheat Beer.
  2. Serve bottle or Blue Moon or any wheat beer, with a shot of Combier on the side.

 

 

Rouge Ryder

1oz Combier Roi Rene Rouge
0.75oz Rittenhouse 100
0.5oz Carpano Aontica
0.5oz lemon
0.5oz tangerine rhubarb gastrique

To make gastrique: 5 lbs tangerine juice, zest of 5 tangerines, 5 lbs chopped rhubarb, dry vermouth, champagne vinegar, cane sugar, Indonesian longpepper, grains of paradise, toasted coriander.

Build in Collins glass. Top with soda water and ice. Garnish with lemon peel.

 

Don't mess with my Tu-Tu

This cocktail is easy to make in batches, so the bartender will not be stuck behind the bar all night.

1/3 Bluecoat Gin
1/3 lemon juice
1/3 Combier Roi Rene Rouge

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, filled with ice, shake until frothy, strain into a small wine glass, garnish with smoked fairy floss (cotton candy).
