Icy Cold Cocktails


 

 


Pisco Portón Lime Slushy

2 ˝ parts Pisco Portón
˝ part Rose's lime juice
˝ part fresh lime juice
Sugar for rim
Lime slice garnish

Fill blender with ice and wet ingredients. Blend until frozen. Rub the rim of a tall glass with a lime slice so that the sugar will stick, then rim the glass with sugar and add blended ingredients. Garnish with a lime slice.

 

 

 

Summer Vine Frappe
Created by Master Mixologist Bridget Albert, Market Fresh Cocktails

2 oz Belvedere Bloody Mary Vodka (straight from the freezer)
Juice from a lemon
˝ oz rosemary syrup
3 oz cold organic strawberry yogurt

Put ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into chilled flute. Garnish with a small rosemary sprig and serve with a thick straw on the side.
