Bombay Sapphire Tom Collins

2 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part fresh lemon juice
3/4 part simple syrup
Club soda

Pour first three ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and stir well.

Add more ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

The Original Bacardi Mojito

1 part Bacardi Rum
3 parts Club Soda
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
1/2 Part Sugar

Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in glass.

Muddle well with a pestle.

Add Bacardi, top off with club soda, stir well, and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel.

The Corzo Grand Margarita

3 parts Corzo Silver Tequila
1 part Grand Marnier Liqueur
Dash fresh lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice

Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.

Garnish with 1/2 salted rim and pineapple slice.

Dewar’s and Ginger Beer

1 part Dewar’s White Label blended Scotch whisky
3 parts Ginger Beer
Orange Wedge

Fill pint glass with ice and add Dewar’s.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange wedge.

Martini & Rossi Prosecco Bellini

It’s the 60th Anniversary of the Bellini this summer!

Pour 2 oz. white peach puree and squeeze of fresh lemon into a champagne flute.

Top with chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco and serve.
