Cachaca, a favorite ingredient for warm-weather cocktails, can
spice up winter drinks, too.
Honey Spiced Punch

1 cup Leblon Cachaca 1/2 cup
Jamaican Rum 1/2 cup of Velvet Falernum 1 cup fresh lemon
juice 1/4 cup of honey syrup 1/4 cup of simple syrup 8
dashes of Angostura bitters 10 oz. of Sparkling Water
Place a large piece of block ice in the bowl with the above
ingredients and let rest, stirring before serving. Garnish with
cinnamon and apples or cinnamon, orange wheels and a sprig of mint.
Spiced Apple Batida

2 oz. Leblon Cachaca 2 oz. condensed
milk 1/2 oz. Vanilla liqueur 3 tbsp of cinnamon spiced apple
sauce 1 cup cracked ice
Blend and serve in a chilled
cocktail coup. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
