Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Pour into an iced filled glass. (image 002)
Maple Paloma
Serve tall, over ice
and garnish with a lime wedge.
These three cocktails were created by Ed McFarland of Ed’s Lobster Bar, New York.
Bloody Maria Mix Mix all ingredients together. Fill four 14 oz glasses with ice and pour 2 oz of 901 Silver Tequila in each glass. Pour bloody mix into each glass. Stir and garnish with lime wheel and celery stalk. Serve a raw oyster with each drink (optional).
Put cube ice in a shaker. Add 2 oz 901 Silver Tequila, 2 oz chili syrup and 2oz lime juice. Cover and shake well. Strain into a martini glass filled with crushed ice. Repeat 3 more times. Chili Syrup In a pot, combine 3 cups water with ½ cup of sugar and 2 tbsp. of crushed red pepper flake reduce by half. Remove from heat, strain and chill. 901 Cider with 901 Caramel Apple Serves 4
901 Caramel Apples In a stainless steel pan mix sugar and water. Reduce by half over high heat stirring constantly. Add cream and reduce until thick (coats the back of a wooden spoon). Add 901 Silver Tequila to caramel, stir well, and remove from heat. Coat apple in caramel and refrigerate. Reserve the rest of the caramel for the cocktail. Tequila Cazadores Mistletoe Margarita
Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lime. |
