Jason Ash, head bartender at AVA in New York, created the Snow Shot and three delicious mocktails.

Located in the penthouse and on the rooftop of the Dreame Hotel on West 55^th Street, AVA is known for its elegant design and panoramic views of the city’s skyline. All winter long, AVA will be giving away free "Snow Shots" whenever the skies open up and the flakes start to fall.

Snow Shot

1 1/3 ounces Stoli Vanilla
1 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake

Most effective when served in shot glass, gratis, atop the Dream Hotel

Pina Pilate

1/4 cup coconut milk
1 Tablespoon lime juice

About one can of sugar-free lemonade or sugar-free soda, lemon-lime type or ginger ale

Wintergrape

4 oz white grape juice
2 1/2 oz cold sparkling water

Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Spring Fever

3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz mango syrup
1 1/2 oz apple juice
2 oz blood orange juice
