Created by Swedish mixologist Erik Olsson of Pontus! in Stockholm

4 oz. Karlsson’s Gold Vodka
3 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 oz. mint syrup (sugar syrup flavored with fresh grated mint leaves)
Splash Club Soda
Crushed ice

Pour the ingredients directly in the glass, fill with crushed ice and stir with a spoon so that the ingredients blend. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Karlsson’s Gold Swedish Vodka is made from seven varieties of potatoes grown on the Bjare peninsula in the south of Sweden. Master Distiller Borje Karlsson then distills the vodka only once to preserve the flavors of the raw materials, an unusual practice in the world of vodka.
