The Hasta Manana
from Kingswood Basement in New York


 

 
 


This cocktail captures the smoky-sweet flavors of a beachside barbecue. It was created for Kingswood Basement in New York’s West Village.

2 oz chargrilled pineapple infused Hornitos Plata tequila
Spoon of palm sugar
Half a fresh lime
¼ oz Antica Vermouth

Muddle limes, sugar and vermouth in cocktail shaker, add ice and tequila. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
