Chili Brule Martini

1/8 ounce Brown sugar simple syrup
1 pinch     Red chili flakes
2 ounces   Gran Marnier
1 ounce    Courvoisier VS
1 ounce    Ginger ale
Juice of half a fresh squeezed lime

Combine and muddle brown sugar syrup and red chili flakes. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist and a few chili flakes.
