Heavenly Pomegranate

I discovered this cocktail at Morton’s The Steakhouse in Dallas. It will sweeten your palette, cool you down and give you your daily allowance of antioxidants. Beware of the raspberry foam moustache that can sneak up on you.

The Heavenly Pomegranate

1/2 oz Monin Pomegranate
3oz Absolut Vodka
1 oz Funkin Passion Fruit

Pour all except foam into shaker add ice, shake 15 times & strain top with heavenly foam

Heavenly Foam
Use 2 oz per drink, recipe below yields enough for 5-6 drinks

5 oz pasteurized egg whites
5oz Funkin Raspberry Puree
5oz Chambord
1- fresh lemon

Measure all ingredients into foamer close lid and add charge. Shake for 5 second to blend
